What this practice does

PWS Clinical provides medical services by telehealth: evaluation, treatment planning, prescribing, and follow-up care. Every service below is delivered by a licensed clinician.

Telehealth evaluation

A clinician licensed in your state reviews your health history, current medications, allergies, and goals, then determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate for you. This is the core service and it is what the visit fee pays for.

Included in the visit fee

  • Structured intake and history review
  • Screening for contraindications and drug interactions
  • A clinical determination, including when the answer is no
  • A written treatment plan if you qualify

Treatment planning and prescribing

Where treatment is appropriate, your clinician selects it, sets dosing and duration, and documents the plan. Prescriptions are transmitted to an independent licensed pharmacy of your choosing or of record.

Included in the visit fee

  • Medication selection and dosing
  • Titration schedule where relevant
  • Monitoring plan with defined checkpoints
  • Prescription transmitted electronically

Ongoing care management

Care does not end when a prescription is sent. Your clinician stays responsible for your treatment: answering questions, adjusting doses, responding to side effects, and reassessing whether continuing is still the right call.

  • Secure messaging with your care team
  • Dose adjustments and side-effect management
  • Periodic clinical reassessment
  • A documented decision to continue, change, or stop

What we do not do

  • No controlled substances. This practice does not prescribe any medication on the DEA controlled substance schedules.
  • No dispensing. We do not stock, compound, sell, ship, or mark up medication of any kind.
  • No emergency or urgent care. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
  • No primary care. We are not a replacement for a primary care physician, and we will tell you when something belongs with yours.
  • No treatment without a real evaluation. There is no path through this practice that produces a prescription without a licensed clinician reviewing your case.
