See a charge you do not recognize?
Contact us before you file a dispute with your bank. Our charge appears as PWS CLINICAL. If you were prescribed medication, a separate charge from an independent pharmacy will also appear under that pharmacy’s own name. We can identify any charge of ours within one business day and refund it directly if it was made in error, which is faster than a dispute.
Medical records
You have a right to a copy of your medical record. Email us from the address on your account and we will provide it within thirty days, at no charge for the first request in a calendar year. See our Notice of Privacy Practices for the full list of your rights.
Emergencies
