1. Who we are

PWS Clinical is the trade name of PWS-TX PLLC, a physician-owned professional entity that provides medical services by telehealth. Our mailing address is 5900 Balcones Dr, Austin, TX 78731.

2. What we provide, and what we do not

We provide professional medical services: clinical evaluation, treatment planning, prescribing where clinically appropriate, and ongoing care management.

We are not a pharmacy. We do not stock, compound, dispense, sell, ship, or mark up medication. If a clinician prescribes medication for you, the prescription is transmitted to an independent licensed pharmacy that we do not own or control. That pharmacy dispenses the medication, sets its own price, bills you separately, and is solely responsible for fulfillment, shipping, and product quality.

We do not provide emergency or urgent care, and we do not replace a primary care physician. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Eligibility

To receive services you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be physically located in one of the 28 jurisdictions where our clinicians hold an active license at the time of your visit.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current medical information.
• Be seeking care for yourself, not for another person.

4. No guaranteed outcome

Paying the clinical fee entitles you to an evaluation by a licensed clinician. It does not entitle you to a prescription, a particular medication, a particular dose, or any specific clinical conclusion. Our clinicians exercise independent medical judgment and will decline treatment when it is not clinically appropriate. When they do, your fee is refunded under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

The quality of your care depends on the accuracy of what you tell us. You agree to disclose your medical conditions, medications, supplements, and allergies completely and truthfully, to follow the treatment plan your clinician provides, to report side effects promptly, and to seek in-person or emergency care when your condition warrants it. Withholding information can make treatment unsafe.

6. Fees and payment

Our fees are published on our Pricing page. The clinical fee is charged by PWS-TX PLLC and appears on your statement as PWS CLINICAL. We do not bill insurance. We do not enroll you in any subscription or recurring charge. Any charge for medication comes from the dispensing pharmacy, not from us.

7. Clinical independence

Clinical decisions at this practice are made exclusively by licensed clinicians. No administrative services organization, vendor, marketing partner, or other business entity has authority over whether a patient is treated, what is prescribed, or when treatment should stop.

8. Privacy

Your health information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices. We do not sell patient data.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this site belongs to PWS-TX PLLC and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. Nothing on this site is medical advice. General health information published here does not create a clinician-patient relationship and should not be acted on without an evaluation.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Medicine involves uncertainty and no treatment is guaranteed to work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for claims arising from professional negligence, our aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount of fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for professional malpractice.

11. Termination

We may decline or discontinue service to any person, including where treatment is not clinically appropriate, where required information is withheld or falsified, or where continuing would be unsafe or unlawful. Where we discontinue care for an established patient, we will provide reasonable notice and information about obtaining continuing care elsewhere.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent substantive change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing here waives any right you hold under the healthcare or consumer protection laws of your own state.
