One fee. $39. Disclosed before you pay it.
No insurance billing, no membership, no subscription, and no automatic recurring charge. If a clinician decides you are not an appropriate candidate for treatment, you get the entire fee back.

Two businesses may charge you
This is the part patients most often misread, so we will be blunt about it. If you are prescribed medication, you will see two separate charges from two separate companies.
- PWS CLINICAL is us. That is the $39 clinical fee paid to PWS-TX PLLC.
- The pharmacy charges you separately, under its own name, at its own price. We do not own it, we do not set its prices, and we receive none of it.
If you see a charge you do not recognize, contact us before disputing it. We can tell you within one business day whether it is ours.
Refunds
You get a full refund of the $39 fee if any of these are true:
- A clinician determines you are not an appropriate candidate for treatment.
- You are located in a state where our clinicians are not licensed.
- You withdraw your request before a clinician begins their review.
- We are unable to complete your evaluation for any reason on our end.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically post within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
Why we do not take insurance
Billing insurance would mean coding visits, chasing prior authorizations, and pricing around reimbursement instead of around what the visit actually costs to deliver. A flat $39 cash fee is cheaper than most copays and it means the price on this page is the price you pay. You are welcome to submit a receipt to your insurer or HSA administrator yourself, and we will provide an itemized one on request.
